MicroSort® Fee Schedule
Note: For qualifying X-linked disease couples, MicroSort laboratory sort fee expenses may be reduced or waived. (Costs for pre-qualifying tests, medications, and shipping are not waived)
This schedule provides information related to fees associated with laboratory services performed in either MicroSort Laboratory or clinical procedures at the Fairfax MicroSort Clinic. Any laboratory tests or clinical procedures performed at other facilities are not included in the fees below. Pre-qualifying tests and cycle medications are not included in the fees listed below. MicroSort cycle fees are due on Day 1 of the cycle.
Consultation

Prices increase for sorts occurring on Saturday (20% increase), Sunday/Holiday (30% increase) and STAT requests (sorts scheduled less than 7 days before sort date are considered STAT and result in a 20% increase in cost).
